Access Application

Apply for access to accessible facilities

We have listened to feedback from 2022 and pride ourselves on doing what we can to be inclusive. With this in mind we will be offering access to accessible facilities such as accessible parking, accessible camping, raised viewing platform, access to fridges for medication, specialist toilet and shower facilities provided by MobiLoo.

For 2023 we are also working towards dedicated accessible activity sessions although details on this are still to be confirmed.

Please indicate on the form below if you have any access requirements or would like to apply for use of accessible facilities. Please note – you do not need to apply to use our general accessible toilets around the festival site, nor to store refrigerated medication in the arena.

Please note: Accessible camping for 2023 is full

Accessible Camping Policy

WE ARE REVIEWING ALL ACCESSIBILITY POLICIES & PROCEDURES FOR 2024. WITH THIS IN MIND, WE CANNOT TAKE ANY ACCESSIBLE APPLICATIONS UNTIL 1ST OF NOVEMBER 2023.

Customers wishing to make use of the accessible campsite may be accompanied by their immediate family. We are unable to offer any space for large groups or other tents that are in your group. Space is limited in the accessible campsite, so spots will be prioritised for customers with additional mobility needs and their immediate families. The campsite is located in a position near the main stage and arena so it is not classed as a quiet zone. If you need quieter areas to camp you will be better off in our huge general admission camping areas.

What’s facilities do you have for those with visual impairments?

What facilities are available in accessible camping?

WE ARE REVIEWING ALL ACCESSIBILITY POLICIES & PROCEDURES FOR 2024. WITH THIS IN MIND, WE CANNOT TAKE ANY ACCESSIBLE APPLICATIONS UNTIL 1ST OF NOVEMBER 2023.

This year we have got a high dependency shower & toilet unit inside accessible camping. This only caters for one at a time though so you may need to be patient at times. There will also be access to a fridge, showers and accessible toilets in this area.

Is the site wheelchair accessible?

WE ARE REVIEWING ALL ACCESSIBILITY POLICIES & PROCEDURES FOR 2024. WITH THIS IN MIND, WE CANNOT TAKE ANY ACCESSIBLE APPLICATIONS UNTIL 1ST OF NOVEMBER 2023.

The site is accessible for wheelchair users, but assistance may be needed for some parts dependant on the weather. The venue is set in ancient parkland with uneven grass. In the event of wet weather it will become difficult to get around in a normal wheelchair. The main routes through the site are on hard ground however.

Will there be any queue jump system for those who have a disability that make queuing challenging?

WE ARE REVIEWING ALL ACCESSIBILITY POLICIES & PROCEDURES FOR 2024. WITH THIS IN MIND, WE CANNOT TAKE ANY ACCESSIBLE APPLICATIONS UNTIL 1ST OF NOVEMBER 2023.

Unfortunately we won’t have any queue jump system in place as we just can’t find any fair way to implement this. We understand there will be queues based on how popular the activities were last year, but if you’re up and into the festival early you should be able to miss the worst of them. We are however working hard to put on dedicated accessible session on our most popular activities throughout the weekend.
